ü      Deposit -A deposit of $50.00 is due upon enrollment to  reserve a space.   This deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to another class or service.

ü      Returned Check Policy - There will be a $25.00 charge for all returned checks.  Cash, money orders or cashier checks will only be accepted for all subsequent payments.

ü      Processing Fee - This is a $20.00 administrative fee for payments not paid in full.  This fee is in addition to the total cost of the program.  This fee is due upon enrollment.

ü      Cancellation and Refund Policy - If cancellation is made 15 days prior to the first session you will receive a refund of all monies paid with the exception of the non-refundable deposit.

                            If cancellation is made in less than 15 days of the first session a refund of all monies paid will be refunded with the exception of the non-refundable deposit and a $30.00 cancellation fee.

                            We believe you will be completely satisfied with this course.  However, if, for any reason, you elect to discontinue your child’s participation in the program, you will receive a prorated refund based on the remaining classes less the non-refundable deposit and a $50.00 cancellation fee.

ü      Discounts - Teacher Discount-10% discount to Public and Private School Teachers with proper verification.

                            Multiple Child Discount- 15% for each additional  

                            child starting with the oldest.

                            Payment in Full Discount-15% (youth programs except   

                            for all advances classes)

                            Family Referral Discount – for graduates only (ask for   

                            details).

                            DIVA Classes –Advanced payment discount

ü      Make-Up Classes - Payment is due whether or not a class is attended.  Make-up classes will only be offered when the class is offered again.
